Shipping policy
At Nude Concepts we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience. Our headquarters are in the United States and we partner with fulfillment centers worldwide to ensure your wellness products are delivered safely and efficiently to your doorstep.
Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide! This policy applies to all domestic and international orders. Please note that customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Order Processing
Warehouse Location: Orders are processed and shipped from our partner facilities in the United States and select international fulfillment centers.
Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST). Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the following business day.
Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Estimated Delivery Times
United States: 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
Canada: 7 to 14 business days (Monday to Friday).
United Kingdom and Europe: 7 to 14 business days (Monday to Friday).
Australia and New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days (Monday to Friday).
Rest of World: 10 to 21 business days (Monday to Friday).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping not the date of order. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs processing.
Carrier Services
We partner with the following reliable carriers for deliveries:

- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL (for select international destinations)
The carrier used for your order will depend on package size and destination.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: All orders within the United States qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum order requirement.
International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the email. You can monitor your package using the tracking link provided.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery such as delays or lost packages please contact our customer service team immediately. We are here to assist you and ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item:
- Report it: Contact us at hi@nudeconcepts.se within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide evidence: Include photos of the damaged item and the packaging
- Resolution: We will evaluate the issue and make it right via replacement or refund
International Orders
For customers outside the United States please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. Nude Concepts has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
